REal estate PHOTOGRAPHY
Three bedroom apartment situated in Solna, Stockholm. A contemporary apartment optimally planned with fresh finishes and pleasant decor. The client requested photos of four main areas consisting of the games room, kitchen, living room and kitchen. The first thing you encounter in the home is the designer kitchen by Marbodal with quality high gloss cabinets, chrome fittings and stainless steel equipment, it was important to highlight these key details during the shoot. The living room was light and spacious consisting of a dining table chairs and a corner sofa. Via the living room there is a large balcony that offered a seating and bbq area, an outdoor space is highly desirable and it was imperative to capture this area from every angle.
A 1960's one bedroom apartment situated in Täby, Stockholm. The apartment was decorated to a high standard and included some high end designer furnishings including Svensk Tenn and String along with a recently fitted kitchen by Marmodal. The photoshoot involved making the space more minimalist, removing unnecessary clutter and styling the existing home furnishings of the living room and adding some props to the kitchen to create a homely feel. The photography was aimed at the main living area and the newly fitted kitchen, making sure details were captured to highlight these to the viewer.
